THE REALITY OF THE EVIDENCE AND AFFLICTIONS
The theme of trials, tribulations, persecutions, sufferings and afflictions that the Bible mentions are real things, and not invented by someone. The Bible establishes clearly that the Christian who wishes to live faithfully the Christian life will suffer persecution. This is not a matter of which maybe, or possibly they will come afflictions The Christian can be sure that if he lives faithful, the afflictions that prove our faith will come. Therefore, I encourage you to consider each of the passages that prove that Christians will suffer:
"These things I have spoken to you so that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have affliction; but trust, I have overcome the world "(John 16:33)
"If you were from the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, before I chose you from the world, that's why the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you: The servant is not greater than your lord If they have persecuted me, also to you they will persecute; If they have kept my word, they will also keep your. But all this you will do for the sake of my name, because they know him who sent me "(John 15: 19-21)
Up to this moment we have observed the reality of the afflictions and trials that the Christian has experienced in the past. We have also considered some examples of both the Old and New Testaments, as well as afflictions of our time. Now I would like us to direct our attention to a very essential point of our lesson This point consists of what you and I can do to avoid abandon the faith that holds us firmly on the path of salvation.
Though the afflictions and tribulations will come and should be accepted by the believer, Job uttered faith when he said "I know my redeemer liveth". Jesus Himself assured us that He will be with us through the difficult time - Hallelujah!

Many recommend praying and fasting (I have done it), and it is good, but when we interpret the Scriptures, we read that worship of the great King brings peace, that all understanding passes.
