How do we deal with the imperfection of our neighbor?

The fear of the truth of our self, the fear of exposing our failures in the world of the perfect, lean, fitness, rich, prosperous, without defects, without lack, without diseases, without imperfections, isolated us after the great modern lie - the virtual world. In it we can be, have and do everything we want, just make some editions and everything is correct.
The first step to the truth is that you do not become victims of the devil who wants to isolate and kill us. The Bible says that we should pray for one another, confess our sins to one another, and therefore be healed (James 5:16). Can we do this today? Are you reliable to hear a fault from your friend and help you? Or are you going to consider the error of him a weakness on your part and will you move away?
"Confess your faults one to another, and pray for one another, so that you may be." The prayer made by a righteous person can greatly affect its effects "(James 5:16).
We need to review our Christianity, our convictions, the Church must be the hug that consoles, the person who visits, the friend who prays, the hand that raises. But somewhere along the way the essence can be lost and then exchanged Christianity for "associations" supposedly "right".
If I could give advice to the world, for example, run to the other side "perfect" living their own lie. Choose the truth. We are an ocean full of different temperaments, different personalities, educated in different ways, but in one thing we are all the same. We all need love and, in the midst of diverse forms of humanity, I did not know anyone until today who resists true love, love without selfish interest.
