¿Is God a covenant God?

The covenant in the Bible

Pact, from the Latin pactum, is an agreement, alliance, treatment or commitment whose stakeholders accept to respect what they stipulate, the pact establishes a commitment and sets the fidelity towards the agreed terms or towards a declaration, therefore, it obliges the fulfillment of certain guidelines
The Bible says in Mark 14.24 "and said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many"
Pact, a will, a testament, a pact, a contract, a plan in which two people or groups agree and subscribe, although the word may mean an agreement between two parties, each accepting a declaration of the will of a person

In the Bible, God is the one who takes the initiative, sets the conditions and defines a decree of purpose as a decree.
God made pacts with Noah, Abraham, Moses and Israel, every time we look at a rainbow we remember the covenant of God with preserving the world (Genesis 9.15) and I remembered my covenant, which is between me and you and every living thing of all flesh and there will be no flood of waters to destroy all flesh (Genesis 9.16) and there will be the bow in the clouds and I will see it and remember the perpetual covenant between God and every living thing, with all flesh on the earth
The Adamic covenant was the first covenant that God made with man, it was a conditional covenant with Adam in which life and blessing or death and curse depended on Adam's faithfulness to God

Jesus ratified with his death on the cross a new covenant, which in Hebrews 7.22 is called "a better covenant"
