STEEMCHURCH: Is faith in God important?
Father Javier Riveros, during the charismatic assembly spoke about the importance of having faith in God and mentioned that it is necessary for salvation, healing and holiness. In the word of God, St. Mark, Chapter 16 verse 14 says: "Jesus appeared to the eleven disciples while they ate and reproached them for their lack of faith and hardness of heart because they had not believed those who had seen him. He is risen from the dead. "
Then he told them: "Go around the world and carry the message of salvation and tell what has happened to me." "He who does not believe will be condemned and he who believes will be saved" is the phrase that Jesus told his disciples to take the message of God wherever they went. And so, reach many people and their hearts.
Faith in salvation, many times we need to find that love that saves us from many dangers or temptations. The only one who has the knowledge of how things are is God, that is why his time is perfect. But you need to be next to him and through prayer feel the trust and the surrender.
Faith in healing, when there is a physical or emotional pain, we must give it to the Lord, He with his strength and love will heal the wounds of the soul or body. You have to trust and never lose hope no matter how hard the situation is.
Faith in holiness, is to seek the way of God, to live in a complete way, where happiness, love, peace and doing things are found correctly. He who believes in God has his strength, his will, his love, his unconditional support.
Faith in itself is a very powerful and great force that if we really learn to know we will feel and discover how wonderful it is to trust in God; the only one who has power; is able to save, protect and walk. That is why the disciples when they went through their destiny were protected, because Jesus told them to trust and nothing will happen to them. On the contrary, they can help, they will be a tool of salvation, guidance and love of God.
"He who has faith is never alone"
Thomas Carlyle
Faith comes from us, and although it is identified with trust in our destiny, it has to do with everything that surrounds us; with our hopes and hopes but also with the people we meet along the way
