I know that my heart will rejoice

Certainly Jesus will come again and when he sees us and we see Him, there will be great joy. May the Lord return soon! This promise is being fulfilled every day in another sense. Our kind Lord repeats many times "again" when he speaks with us.

He gave us forgiveness, and every time we have become sad because of our sins, he repeats words of absolution. He has revealed to us that we have been accepted by God, and when we see how our faith faints, he comes again to us to say: "Peace to you", and our hearts are filled with joy.

Beloved, past mercies are a guarantee of future blessings. If Jesus has lived with us, we will see each other again. There are no memories like the dead and buried thing to lament, but like the seed that grows and raises its head on the dust, and will cry out: "Again to see."

Are these times dark because Jesus is not with us?
ntes? We will cheer up, because it is not far. His feet are like those of grain or deer, and soon they bring him among us. Therefore let us rejoice, because even now he says to us, "I will see you again." This is a special day to reaffirm my hope to live which strengthens me.

Sir, Thank you for giving us the assurance of your return. With an open and willing heart we wait for you. Amen.
