REIGNING BY DILIGENCE

God had an agenda before creating man. He created man in His own image and likeness so that man can reign on earth like him. This actually means that we are gods. (Psalms 82:1)

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO REIGN ?

• To reign means ruling or being in charge.
• It means to be the principal person in a particular area or field.
• It means dominating a particular aspect of life.
• Reigning means to be outstanding or outshining others.

The only way to rule is by diligence, an incompetent person doesn’t survive. Diligence is the key to excellence, excellence destroys racism, and also descrimination, a diligent person won’t lack opportunities.

• Diligence is hard work
• Diligence is persistence through oppositions
• Diligence is industry(ability to move your work from a small scale to large scale). (Prov 12:27)
• Diligence is carefulness

HOW TO BE DILIGENT

• Spend enough time recharging your spiritual life by praying, reading the word of God or just by having a quiet time.
• Have a clear goal.
• overcome lazziness. (Prov 10:4, Prov 26:15, Prov 21:25)
• Do your work at the right time
• Overcome excuses. (Prov 22:13, Luke 14:18)
• Be willing to try, don’t be afraid to fail.
• Use your time efficiently
• Block every unnessary distractions
• Priotize, be able to determine which activity is more important.
