Appreciation Day

Many times we take for granted the people who help to get us where we are at today in life, say for instant my little business that I'm trying to develop, if it was not for the employees I have on hand it would never take root to grow, so the wife and I decided to have an appreciation day for them by giving them all a little bonus, this should make their day. We did this in May, so we're planning on doing it again in August since they're holding everything down while I am laid up recovering.
