As I mentioned when I originally started talking about this subject in SteemAlliance, my experience was similar. Working with some local 501c3's (Also arts orgs.) and including starting up a 501c3 for a local Cable Access in my town.

The Conflict Of Interest is huge, and I hope others are understanding it as well.
