Good evening, friends and fellow Steemians. This is my post today. It talks about hydroponics.

Hydroponics is the technique of building plants using water based on nutrient solutions rather than soil. It can improve an aggregate substrate and growing media, such as vermiculite, coconut coir, and perlite. Hydroponics production systems are formed by little units of farmers, hobbyists, and commercial enterprises.

It is a type of horticulture and a subset of horticulture and crops, usually plants or medically plants, without soil, by using water-based nutrient solutions in an artificial environment. Terrestrials may grow freely with their root exposed to nutritious liquid, or the roots may be mechanically supported by an inert medium such as perlite or gravel.

Better Yield: as crops in the hydroponics systems thrive within controlled environmental growth, growers are liberated from the constraints of extreme weather.

Nutrient savings: this advantage pairs hand in hand with the points explained above. If wasted water wasted in the system is recirculated back into the plan.

No soil erosion: it uses hydroponics; no soil is necessary, which means that soil erosion is not an issue. It was great for the environment.

Fewer pest problems; because hydroponics systems are indoor, pests aren't as prevalent and have controlled entrances.

Hydroponics is used to cultivate ornamental crops, herbs, and multiple vegetable types, including cucumbers, lettuces, peppers, and tomatoes. The growing system can be designated as either liquid or aggregate, with the closed type requiring nutrients management technique.
