Lemon is a popular food all over the world. Lemon is a sour fruit. Lemon trees do not grow very big. Lemon trees are pruned. Lemons come in many varieties. Many people eat lemons in many ways. Some eat them by cutting them into small pieces and adding them to various dishes, while others make lemon juice. Lemons can be of many types - paper lemons, pita lemons, cardamom lemons, etc. Lemons have a sour taste and many people like their fresh smell. Lemon peels are also fragrant. Lemons are cultivated for about 12 months. They are available in the market for 12 months. They are sold in the market in pieces, whole, dozen, etc.

The nutritional value of lemon is very important and beneficial for health. It is an excellent source of vitamin C. It increases immunity and maintains skin radiance. It helps prevent gastritis, indigestion and constipation. Eating lemon with hot water increases metabolism. It helps reduce acne and other skin problems.

Scientists have studied and found that every 100 grams of lemon contains approximately 29 calories, vitamin C is about 77 mg, water is 89%, carbohydrates are 9 grams, protein is 1.1 grams, fiber: 2.8 grams.
Lemon is unique not only in taste, but also in health benefits. Regular consumption of lemon in water or use in food is very beneficial for the body.

Drinking a glass of lemon juice on a hot day is refreshing. I often drink lemon juice. Today I also made a glass of lemon juice.
