The forests are very important for our planet. First of all, these are like the lungs of the earth. The carbon dioxide is taken by the trees in and they release oxygen and the oxygen is very important for us to take breath.They are helpful in the regulation of the climate because they absorb the sunlight and release the water vapours and they make the air cool.Therefore the forests are very important in the water cycle.
The forests are also very important for the biodiversity. They are the habitat for many of the creatures which includes the plants and the animals which are from the small insects to the large animals.Some specific spices of the plants are only found in the forests therefore the forests are the habitat for many of the plants.
There ara a lot of medicines are made from the plants which are present in the forests, and the forests are also the source of the timber which is used to make the furniture. Many trees are used to make the pulp and the papers are make from them.

There are numerous types of the forests which are found in the world which has unique characteristics on the basis of the climate and geographical areas.The tropical rainforests are located near the equator. There is a wide range of the biodiversity of the terrestrial ecosystems is present there.
There are a wide range of the tall trees which form the dense canopy are present in such forests. The species of the animals like monkeys, birds and insects are present in these forests.The Temperate forests experience the warm summer and the cold winter seasons , the trees which are present in these forests lose the leaves in the season of the fall and then their leaves regrow in the spring season.Beech and oak are the common trees which grow in such forests.
Taiga forests are located in the North hemisphere, these forests experience the long seasons of the winter and the summer season they experience is the cool and the short. The leaves of the trees are just like the needles and they are called as the coniferous.The soil in such forests is acidic and the animals like bears and the moose are common.
The wildlife conservation is very important to protect the biodiversity and their habitat.The preservation of the habitat is the most important step to conserve the wildlife. The meaning of the habitat protection is to make the places safe where the wildlife live .
The national Parks should be made to protect the wildlife and their habitat and in this way the habitat of the wildlife can be protected from the pollution and logging.The wildlife population managing is also another important step to conserve the wildlife.
It should be avoid to hunting and fishing. To conserve the wildlife reproduction and the breeding should be adopted.It is also very important to educate the people about the significance of the conservative of the wildlife and about their habitat.
The cutting of the forests is called as the deforestation. The main effect of deforestation is the change in the climate.The cutting of the trees causes pollution because the trees absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen.
The cutting of the forests also causes loss for the biodiversity because the trees in the forests are the habitat for many of the species.The loss of the habitat for many of the creatures disturb the natural ecosystems and make the species endangered.
The soil degradation is also due to the over cutting of the forests.The soil degradation occurs when the excessive cutting occurs because the roots of the trees hold the soil in place.
