Explain in detail the term "Dairy Farming"
Dairy farming is that sector of agriculture which deals with the prolonged process of producing milk. Unlike livestock farming which is performed purely for consumption of meat, dairy farming is concerned with raising and rearing milking animals like cow, sheep, goat, camel for collecting milk.
The milk collected can then be either sold as liquid or processed into dairy products such as butter, cheese, yogurt, milk powder etc.
Contemporary dairy farming makes uses of a disciplined cycle of animal feeding, health care, repeated mating as well as technical milking procedures for a regular supply of milk.

As most of the humans’ societies prefer dairy products as nutritious diet, there has been ever since a high-demand formilk for it is a major source of vitamins, proteins and calcium, required for healthy growth and bones. Economic Stability and Income:
Unlike many crop farming, which is seasonal,Dairy Farming notonly supports farmers financially on day to day basis by way of sale of milk butalso creates a stable economic livelihood in rural areas, since farmers are more able to manage cash flow and thereby buy seeds, fertilizers etc from the income generated. Job Creation: Besides serving its primary nutritional purpose, the dairy sector generates employments in many of its auxiliary occupations which includes animal rearing, logistics, manufacturing and marketing of dairy products.
Organic Waste Cycle (Bio-fertilizers): Dairy farming is sustainable as it gives back nutrients back to the land; waste products like animal droppings that are obtained from the animals can be recycled to form natural organic manure to be applied in croplands which enhance their fertile land and thereby support increase in the crop production without the need for any extra synthetic manure.
