What made me really happy? My introspection leads me to conclude that it is tenderness.

Tender love is such an enveloping feeling that when I experience it my whole being vibrates like a beautiful song, every pore, every cell and every atom is configured in such a way that everything is a sweet ecstasy inside me and my heart melts with love and my soul expands. Pure happiness.

Now that is what produces feelings of tenderness in me: all genuine and kind things: a sweet and tender word, the embrace that envelops the soul, the sweet look and smile of a child, the look of my dogs, " I love you" "spontaneous and sincere.
