This situation is truly frustrating, and sadly, it reflects what many people across Nigeria are going through. The estimated billing system is so unfair — it’s like paying for what you didn’t use. I can’t believe they rejected ₦13,000 and issued a ₦50,000 disconnection notice instead. That’s just wickedness and a lack of empathy, especially in this current economic hardship.
Your patience and effort to trace the issue and even collect the money back show how responsible and committed you are. I really admire that. I hope something is done about this billing system soon, because light is a basic necessity, and no one deserves to be treated like that.
