Steemit reached 15mn people in July! It is growing fast: Traffic Data, Engagement...
Dear Steemians,
Thanks to ALL of you, Steemit is growing fast as the data I am going to show you reveal We reached 15mn people in July alone.
Most of the users come from the US and the Western world but South Korea is also enjoying the platform very much.
Strongest growth of traffic came from Germany, UK and Canada showing the global reach of Steem.
People still mostly use Steemit on their desktop but mobile views are rapidly increasing. We might need a more user friendly app to get mass adoption (I just tried eSteem and it is very nice).
How people end up on the Steem platform is very useful, we can see that they come directly (probably members), through organic search (this is why quality content is important) or through Social (Facebook, Twitter...) and referrals.
If we look closer to the Social part, we can see that most of the traffic comes from Facebook which might be showing that mass adoption is on its way.
This is a collective achievement and I would like to congratulate all of us !
Special congratulation to @jerrybanfield who raised money to make ads on Facebook which I think helped us to reach new users.

Its good news :) hope bitcoin will now stabilize and steem recover and get higher.
Actually, I think this might even be a buying opportunity on Steem if the Traffic Data is confirmed, we might have a lot of new users trying to buy Steem or adding content to the platform.
