I think, to be fake, you've got to focus on a narrow topic, and avoid personal information.

Yeah, this is normal I think and common here.

Conundrum: Is it better to support a nice person who is always wrong about crypto markets, or a mean one who is always right? :)

Or, assume that they are all wrong or, right eventually. I tend not to support crypto market prediction posts and if someone has no personality in their blog, they aren't likely to get longterm support. They don't even have to be nice.
