Steem 0.14.0 Released
We are happy to announce that after a week of community review that Steem 0.14.0 has been released with only a small patch relative to the release canidate.
This is an update to the backend blockchain that powers steemit.com.
We will be updating steemit.com to utilise some of the features (savings accounts) shortly after the hardfork takes effect.
Has this change been released? For some reason my comments are being auto voted, by me (at 1%). Not sure if this is a bug, feature or something else.

Oh so a hard fork, ive been trying to keep up with this the best that i can.
Good to see second round post edits will be allowed.
nice work i hope to see how far this go's and you will continue to gain our support. Though i recommend while things are close to being done instead of letting people speculate on changes you address some of the concerns users have before so there is no confusion. You see fear mongering a bit in steemit.chat .
Im unfamiliar with how a hardfork works... will the site be down at all during this time?

Okay, I'm excited about a savings account thing! I'm heading over to read what's going to be included in the hardfork.
