does the 98% thing only take effect after it has been toggled for a day or so? it seems like the ratio is not right in stats for me, 2.4:1 if I spend but when I sell a vote for 0.3 I get less than 0.1 payment. Maybe something to look into if the delay isn't there, but understandable if it is as anti-exploit system for 98% rule.
By the way, I love how it splits the vote bottom up rather than the minnow booster way where a small account would wait eternity to be part of the market because it only uses 1 voter, so tiny people need a bid of 0.01 to participate. This is much more useful :)
