How they didnt anticipate this would happen is truly beyond me. They set up a feudal type ecosystem that isnt sustainable. Not only that but it brings down the reputation of the platform. Instead of spreading out the votes and attracting new users many whales, not all of them, fill their own pocket and are risking to bring the whole platform down by alienating the small creator like myself. And without us steem is nothing.
