IDK about who is getting the money.
How much was unfunded or how to downvote or is possible too
How to know who getting money?

Not as robust as Dash DAO UI or system-idk which

Wasn't Steemit inc suppose to donate a million of their own to kickstart it?

I like want to fund market makers-they help inc volume and Steem really need volume...
Ranking doesn't really matter if the volume doesn't back it...
