I saw this same ad yesterday as well. I was really tempted in clicking it when I saw the word Steem in it. However, I was pretty sure though it was a different Steem compared to the one we all know and love.
I saw that after clicking. SMT will allow ICO-like events to happen on steemit in the nearest future
