Thats a great initiative but I wanted to know what is the maximum number of votes that minnowbooster uses per each person per day and what will be the voting power. Will it always be at 100%?

    I don't think it's always at 100%. Additionally, in the https://minnowbooster.com settings you can tell MinnowBooster "only use my upvote when my voting power is at least _%". Try checking that out!
