The growing is getting slower all the time, it is by design, the graph is logarithmic. Each next range is aproximatelly 2.3 times harder than the previuos one.
If you thing 59》60 was slow, be ready to see 62》63 not just a bit, but ten (10) times slower. At the same trend, to grow from 65 to 66 will require to collect 100x times more SP, compared to what it takes for (59》60). Segment 68》69 will be 1000 times more hard compared to your present (59-60).
