Yeah, they don't answer, at least not my ticket nor other people's.

yeah it makes me feel helpless even though it's my money. and they even market their site by saying "your money is your money you keep control." Totally unbelievable!

Actually they answered my tickets pretty fast (check my post on that) but I still can't see my 125 Steem reflecting on my balance.
