Almost three weeks of steem wallet maintenance at Binance...

Hello everyone!I hope you all have a great weekend!

As the title says, it has been two weeks for sure if not more that one of the biggest exchanges out there Binance, is doind a steem wallet maintenance. Now I am pretty sure that many fellow steemians might haven't noticed that, since not everyone is using Binance or another reason might be that not everyone is interested in investing in steem.

And since deposits and withdrawals are not allowed at the moment, that practically means that there is a certain amount of steem that is "trapped" at the moment. That's why if you check at the coinmarketcap.com you will notice that steem's price is a bit higher than any other exchange at the moment. It might be a routine maintenance, but almost three weeks time, looks pretty long for a simple maintenance.

At this point I want to say that I am not an expert on that field, but I wonder if this maintenance has some kind of effect on steem's price.

So anyone who has more information about that subject is more than welcomed to comment and provide information. ....Yeah you guessed right...I use Binance and it is a season that prices are quite tempting. That means that I want to add more steem on my account but it is impossible to do so using Binance at the moment. Now before you cross me like Jesus, I know that there are more ways to bring steem in the platform, it is just that I feel really comfortable using Binance's services...
