Why does a dapp on steem blockchain require active key/owner key to authorize ? Why not posting key?

Good question.
Most of dApps use SteemConnect to authorize a user and it needs the active key to assign posting authority to particular dApp.
dApp owners never get access to your active key, just the posting authority.
This is why if you intend to remove this permission, you need to manually remove it from SteemConnect (https://steemit.com/steemit/@lolicorn/how-to-revoke-posting-permissions-for-steem-apps-via-steemconnect).

PS: Never ever ever use owner key, it's gateway to your account, all other permissions come beneath it.
Keychain is another cool project :)

Yes, but haven't used it so can't say haha

I’ve always hated the complexities of the multiple authorities but I understand the necessity for some level of security thus trust in a trustless system.
