I am also a fan of that project, to be honest... but I prefer STEEM to win this one. INS project has already too much "big pockets" investing. Does not need more (in my view). =) Don't forget to vote again if you already voted for more +24 hours.
You are right... last 10 minutes they have rising quick. I wonder if the website processes vote by "batches". Sounds weird...
