Hej, as you were asking, did you check out the LCHF diet? Low carb high fat. Basically, eradicate everything with carbs (which includes sugar, sugar is your enemy). I would also avoid special diet products with chemical sweeteners. I made the experience that they're a) just more expensive and b) causing a craving for more food, as they're sometimes boosting insuline level, which creates hunger. So, cooking fresh stuff is the best. Meat and vegetables. A bit of effort but worth it. And some exercise of course. Without exercise you will NEVER lose weight. Even walking around counts. DK is very beautiful, fresh air walk half an hour 3-4 times a week and you're good. Just my 2c, good luck : )
