Steem recognized as a good long term investments?

These past weeks we had some pretty bullish news as big and popular investors entering the crypto market: Rockefellers join Rothschilds & Soros in cryptocurrency investing
The last one is the investing fund VenRock from Rockefeller family, very wealthy and respectable family in the USA, and they partner with CoinFund crypto researcher group: Venrock and CoinFund teams announce strategic partnership
I checked CoinFund website
I didn't expect a website so basic and without any link to the blog as I found later in blog.coinfund.io.
We are an open community for blockchain technology research.
I thought was a company but I got impressed with the idea of an open community for blockchain research, that is what crypto is all about. But there is something that caught my eye: "#research-steem is popular, with 10 researchers."
The channel that is researching steem is the most popular on the Slack server, that is a big sign of the potential of steem and VenRock crypto investing strategy is long term.
If you want to join the Slack server you can send a email to [email protected] and ask for it, i think steem community should join and share their knowledge and ideas.

Blockchain technology is here to stay. It is too powerful and important to be just a fad. Banks and countries are looking into it, so you know it is here for the long haul.
I agree 100%, it has potential to disrupt a lot of industries and change the way we exchange value and trust.

Blockchain is powerful, well beyond digital currencies. It has a role to establish better trust, resiliency, and transparency that is valued in a multitude of market segments.
People need to start seeing the bigger picture of the blockchain technology capabilities to change the world not only cryptocurrencies and making money with them, there is a lot more than that.
