Why every Newbie on steemit should buy some Steem
Hello guys today I want to talk about why new users should buy some starter steem.
The main reason to buy steem is to get a fast start. It is a quick and efficient way to gain followers, connections and fame.
With some steem we can split it to 50% to sbd and 50 % to steempower.
With sbd you can buy @minnowbooster, @randowhale and others bot votes. This would increase your post visibility because your post would go to the hot section. Also you can buy some delegated power usually at 18-45 % APR.
Now lets talk about steempower (SP). Have you ever wondered as to why new users should have more SP? (SP > zero).
The reason for this is that when you like someone's post you up vote it. This gets the writer some money depending upon your SP.
The writer of the posts sees your upvote and if it is more then zero in money terms then there is a greater chance that they would be interested in you and may follow your Steemit profile or like your posts.
Usually whales (Big and powerful users) associate with whales and minnow (Steemit starters) with minnow, so to have attention of other you should give them some upvotes that are worth more than zero so they may be encouraged to look into your posts.
It is like in life where you can be friends with common guys but to be friend with rich guys you need to gain their attention or be in equal stature as them.
That's why if people see no worth in your posts then they may not interact with you on Steemit.
Many new users are disappointed in Steemit because nobody like their posts but they don't know the algorithm that more money in upvotes translates to more visibility for their posts.
So one needs to find a way to gain money on your upvotes. Thus a little investment in steem can really help!
Do you know that for a start even 10 steem can help :)
You can start slowly and be in all contest and get some good money with your posts however with the help of a little investment in steem you would grow a lot faster on Steemit. With this plan of action you can achieve your goals on Steemit much faster.

Very good my friend. I disagree on one point here. You don't gain the attention of the big guys with one or two cents upvote. You need good, smart comments and save your two cents for your friends minnows. They will appreciate that and feel important in the community. I resteemed this for better visibility and my followers to see this post. Don't upvote big guys. Me neither. It's a waste.
I saw this post because @oldtimer resteemed it, and I liked the post enough that I just purchased a booster for you.
It also seems strange to me to attract the attention of whales to my cents for voting. But for my friends with the same voting power my cent is very important.
