I sent steem via the dash twice now first time I had a massive delay but second it went through no hiccups. Guess maybe you got hit by a hiccup?
Hope they sort it out, should probably build a hey you transferred this but it has not been processed yet section in the dash since they only show completed transactions.

Lol I feel ya, he working on it, found their discord. Sure it be handled soon. Wonder why it does that with STEEM and not SBD? Especially since I was supposedly 'whitelisted'?
I have delays on sbd also, not complete failure though. Do think if they built a way in to better manage pending orders it would also be easier to determine.
Maybe you overloaded them since they removed the feature that chooses less votes but bigger (or I don't see it). based on that it already is 200+ votes just to make 20c imagine a couple of steem jeez you crashed their system. Integer overflow. haha
Does make me think what is the possible max value the markets can have, excluding other major bots or whales. If you had all the small accounts on steem vote on your post , would that even equal one vote from smartsteem?
Not sure on the max, they send back if they cant cover it usually. I have to push their boundaries ya know, confuckulate the system and all lmao!
