Market Snapshot - February 12nd 2018
Top 10 Cryptos
At the moment of writing, top 10 cryptos were all in green, with 4 of them posting double digit gains.
This Monday seems to be bullish, and, as I wrote in yesterday's market snapshot, it may set the trend for the upcoming week.
STEEM And SBD
At the moment of writing, STEEM was trading, on average, at $4.15 on Coinmarketcap, up from yesterday.
On Bittrex, the 30 minutes chart shows a mostly sideways trading around 46.5k satoshis, with 2 failed attempts to go over 48k satoshis.
The 1 hour chart confirms the 46k satoshis resistance level.
The 1 day chart is showing a second correcting candle, setting the base level at 46k satoshis.
SBD was trading, at the moment of writing, at $4.69 on average, up from yesterday. The 30 minutes chart on Bittrex shows a sideways trading in the 51k-53k satoshis corridor
The 1 hour chart shows that the last two attempts to go over 57k satoshis where very faible.
The 1 day chart is still bullish with the last two red correcting candles barely wiping half of the last green candle.
SBD to STEEM Ratio
At the moment of writing, according to steem.supply, you could buy 1.126 STEEM with 1 SBD, slightly down from yesterday and the parity continues to be broken.
Overall opinion: STEEM and SBD started the week in green and both seem to be prepping to bounce even higher from their resistance levels. After 4 days of closing higher than opening, SBD is changing trend towards STEEM. Still early to tell if it will go under parity in the next few days.

It certainly is nice to see higher highs and some nice space between the opening and closing prices, hopefully things will now start to pick up more we are on the doorstep of March. lets hope we can reach that $10 mark in the not to distant future.

The news seems positive at the moment i think everyone is back on their medications and relaxed for a bit :)
Glad to see green color on Monday, otherwise from past many months every Monday was expected to be red day...Good change!
I had a look on the top 100 by market cap. Again, all are green, many of the cryptos having a double digit growth (U.CASH even having +875.58%). I believe we need to get used with this: what goes up, must go down, and vice-versa.
I think bitcoin will go back down to it's support again and then back up but we shall see. It seems to be a slow and gradual rise which is probably a good thing.
I have nothing of value to add, or any upvote bait, lol. But seriously, cheers for these snapshots. Saves me time because learning Steemit still takes up much of mine.
It's a joy to observe this growth. And a much bigger joy to participate in the creation of content. The feedback I get inspires me to do more of what I love.

everything above a dollar for sbd is a bonus always :D
A higher sbd price motivates more people to come and participate on the platform although i'm hoping for a healthy grow for both anyways :-D
I also been monitoring the price movement of some cryptocurrency especially bitcoin, ethereum and steem. Now what the people want to see are breakouts or something. It failed its attempts but it will again try to retest the resistance.
