I've only done a little delegating (but then I don't have a huge amount of steem power). I delegated a little to @steembasicincome, a little to @actifit and some to @dclick. Each of those is probably really only worthwhile if you are participating in what they do (i.e. you have some sbi shares, you are using the actifit app, or you are posting through dclick to display ads). As long as steem is below $1 I think I'm going to start buying a little at a time to up my steem power a bit. If it is ever going to be a good time to buy I figure it is now.
But if you run out of things to delegate to, you can always delegate to me. I just vote for random crap I like and my own posts of course :).

ya actually I was looking at @steembasicincome and am close to delegating a little to them .. not really sure how it works exactly, lol.. but thinking maybe I'll toss a little delegation and figure it out and see how it goes
and ya actually I'm delegating to both @actifit and @dclick right now .. and am kind of realizing what you say, that it probably doesn't pay that well and is more worth it if I was using them hehe
I think we get actifit tokens by delegating, so at least there's that.. cool to get some of the SMTs I guess.. not sure if dclick is giving us tokens

I think both dclick and actifit will be giving tokens when SMTs are released. Right now, dclick gives you the option of receiving upvotes equivalent to the dollar value of your tokens instead once you reach $2. I've done this and it has worked out well. I like how the ads are working now as they are unobtrusive and are essentially just links to other steem articles (only from delegators for the moment). It's nice because in addition to whatever "cash" benefits you get, you also get advertising when you delegate.

do you know if we're earning tokens now for actifit.. like, are they keeping track, and then we get them when the SMTs are released? or it's not accruing any SMTs yet?
The upvotes are happening for me automatically right now for dclick. I don't see an option for it currently. I don't recall if that was an option when signing up or what. I guess wait until you have $2 and see what happens. I suspect you'll see a ~$2 upvote on your latest post (at least that's what's happening with me currently). I'm guessing when SMTs come around you will just be paid in tokens instead.
The Actifit app shows I have a balance of 1511.502 AFIT Tokens. I don't think anything can be done with them now but I assume whenever SMTs come along that these will turn into real tokens. I guess nobody really has a clue what this will turn into value-wise. I'm only delegating like 20 steem to Actifit right now so I assume that's a pretty low token amount.
thanks! I'll check it all out. Ya, def no idea what to expect of SMTs, lol. I don't mind having a little collection in case there comes a point where they have a spike :p in general I'd tend to think of them as more experimental than anything
