This is a very short-term perspective. You have to take a longer term view.
I used to be a stockbroker, as in buy and hold, not a day trader.
Steem has real value, its blockchain has real value, and $1000 in five years may even turn out to be a conservative prediction.
Or it may not - it could go either way, but taking the long view, I am bullish on Steem's prospects. I am investing in it, and in several other cryptos as well.
Yes and! It's the only real blockchain providing anything like social medai. Plus there are other platforms for a different social sharing experience that run on steem. @zappl, @busy, @dtube just to name a few.
Investing your time only? Or your hard earned money getting ploughed in, in support of steemit? Either or am here to give my 2p and get steaming. Best regards Dave
