No you are not shadowbanned. I don't think steemit even has a shadowbann. It's open source after all.

Probably talking with thin air because I am not sure you actually read your comments.

Which would be problem Nr. 1 you have with Steemit: Lack of engagement. SteemIt is not a dump for links to youtube videos. You need to engage here. Add an intro text to the video.

But, not in an edgy bordering insulting way. These are not the dumpster fire the youtube comments are.

The last one is most important You posting on large but unrelated tags. That's risky as it might you a flag while posting to people you are not interested in your content won't get you upvote. Especially small users can only make 10 meaningful upvotes (or downvotes) a day. You posting must be in there top for the day.

I rather use small but related tags like #mgtow , #mra sometimes #feminism to troll the other side. The only large tag I use is #informationwar which is a curation tag..

You might want to have a look at that one. However: @informationwar will downvote irrelevant posting.

I don't buy the engagement stuff. I used to do that at the start before I started seeing people with high Steem power voting for themselves all the time. This site is one huge ponzi scheme. Most of the articles under 'hot' wouldn't even get a like on twitter.

people with high Steem power voting for themselves all the time.

that is indeed a problem which got amplified by voting bots. Which is just a different form of self vote.

Most of the articles under 'hot' wouldn't even get a like on twitter

For that reason I don't look neither at hot nor at trending.
