Steem-UA, the new algorithm on reputation

It was an exciting week on Steem. For all who are here, as I have often said, reputation means nothing. Has only one value if drops in the negative, because then the posts are invisible. Of course, I'm happy and celebrate the reputational rise but this reputation means almost nothing and you should not be blinded by it.
Many who have a very high reputation, have bought these or just sucked up on whales. I admit it, I've bought some points from bidbots. Anyway, everything is in the blockchain, why should I hide.
Many people on Steem know this, the whole reputation system is a joke. Luckily, there are people who are tackling problems. The two, @scipio and @holger80, have built an alternative system. This is not and should not be a kiss up contribution. I voted @holger80 as one of the first when he started the witness, even before the announcement of @steem-ua.
So, back to the topic. Steem UA is the abbreviation for Steem User Authority. It is an algorithm where different factors count like the SP, the number of followers, the quality of the posts, the Witness place when you have a witness running. The comments will be rated and added to the algorithm soon. It is, in short, a new way to measure the influence on the blockchain.
The algorithm is not perfect, because you look at the top 100 and there are some weird people, but it's a big step forward, unlike what's up to now. The two are open to suggestions on how to improve the algorithm and how to avoid misuse. Just look in their discord over. The Discord Link can be found on the @steem-ua account along with a description of the project. Please vote it and show support.

Hat nur ein Wert wenn die negativ ist, weil dann werden die Beiträge unsichtbar. Klar freue ich mich und feiere den Reputationsanstieg aber diese Reputation bedeutet fast nichts und ihr solltet nicht davon geblendet werden.
Viele die eine sehr große Reputation haben, habe diese gekauft oder Wale eingeschleimt. Ich gebe es zu, habe ein paar Punkte gekauft durch Bidbots. Sowieso ist alles in der Blockchain zu sehen, warum sollte ich mich verstecken.
Das wissen viele Leute auf Steem das, das ganze Reputationssystem ein Schmarrn ist. Zum Glück gibt es Leute die Probleme angreifen. Die zwei, @scipio und @holger80, haben ein alternatives System gebaut. Das ist kein und soll auch kein Einschleim Beitrag sein. Ich habe den @holger80 als einer der ersten als Witness gevotet als er den Witness gestartet hat, schon vor der Ankündigung der @steem-ua.
So, zurück zum Thema. Steem-UA ist die Abkürzung für Steem User Authority. Es ist ein Algorithmus wo die SP zählt, die Zahl der Follower, die Qualität der Beiträge, den Witness Platz wenn man ein Witness am laufen hat. Jetzt werden die Kommentare bewertet und in der Rechnung demnächst hinzugefügt. Es ist kurz gesagt eine Rechnung auf den Einfluss auf der Blockchain.
Das Algorithmus ist nicht perfekt, weil man sieht sich die Top 100 an und da sind ein paar merkwürdige Gestalten, aber es ist ein großes Schritt vorwärts im Gegensatz zu was es bis jetzt gibt. Yep, User Authority seems an interesting alternative (and they are working on improving it, from what I've seen). What I haven't understood from the quick read I had on their update announcement on the Discord, what matters, the quality or your comments, the quality of your commenters or both?
