Why have you set 50% to another account? (@raphchi) without mentioning any reason. You have also invited that user account to take part in the contest. This is spam.
I am sorry for that he is my steemit friend and he told me that he want to powerup a big amount of steem, that why I do that and I need some money because some days back I use all my money in my bank account and bought a smartphone because of the love I have for steemit once again am so sorry for that
