Aceh Education Council Holds School Committee Development.

The Aceh Education Council (MPA) of Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province, held a development for Elementary School (SD) and Junior High School (SMP) committees from 17 sub-districts in Bireuen.

Present were the Deputy Regent of Bireuen, H Razuardi, the Chairperson of the MPA, H M Thaleb, and related officials which took place at the Learning Activity Center (SKB) Hall of the Education and Culture Office (Disdikbud) Complex, Thursday, April 24, 2025.

The Deputy Regent of Bireuen, Ir H Razuardi said that education is a shared responsibility between parents, the community and the government.

For this reason, the school committee as an advestory agency supporting agency, controlling agency, and mediation agency is greatly needed for its involvement in the development of the world of education, especially in Bireuen.

Regarding this, many schools have formed committees. However, in implementing the role and function of the school committee at this time, it has not been optimal in supporting efforts to improve the quality of education services.

That is why the Bireuen Regency Government (Pemkab) continues to empower school/madrasah committees. to empower school committees.

As an institution that sits on the same level, stands on the same level as the principal, it will be used as one of the indicators of the success of the world of education.

He invited the principal and committee to always synergize in advancing and improving the quality of education in Bireuen Regency.

"We hope that participants consisting of principals, committees, can participate in this activity with enthusiasm and responsibility, so that it is useful in improving the quality of education in Bireuen," said Razuardi.

The Chairperson of the Organizing Committee, Usdami said that this event was attended by 100 elementary school committees, 50 junior high school committees. Coaching as an effort to support improving the quality of education in Bireuen Regency.
