Financing Distribution for the Housing and Micro-Business Sectors Increases

Agusman, a member of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Board of Commissioners, revealed that financing disbursement in the Housing, Venture, Micro, and Institutional Financing (PVML) sector has increased. Agusman stated that this increase reached 4.30 percent year-on-year (yoy) as of June 2025.

"Total disbursement reached IDR 955.97 trillion. PVML has also disbursed IDR 272.05 trillion in financing to MSMEs," he said at the "2025 National Forum for Financing and Microfinance Services" at the Bidakara Hotel, Jakarta, Tuesday (August 12, 2025).

He added that this figure was obtained from conventional disbursements of IDR 844.14 trillion and Sharia fund disbursements of IDR 111.83 trillion. Meanwhile, asset growth also increased by 4.02 percent year-on-year as of June 2025.

"Asset growth was 4.02 percent year-on-year, reaching IDR 1,049.63 trillion as of June 2025. The number of industry players reached 742 entities," he said.

He also expressed his hope that the achievements achieved would continue to improve in the future. He also encouraged strong synergy between the Financial Services Authority (OJK), ministries/institutions, industry players, and all stakeholders.
