A Reminder of the Prizes
--Daily Winners: Every day the three judges will pick their favorite poem from that day and all three will resteem it.
--Grand Prize 1: At the end of the contest the three judges will go over all the daily winners and decide upon their overall favorite poem. That poem will be awarded a 20 SBD prize.
10 SBD second prize for our next favourite poem of the season
--Grand Prize 2: The person that writes a poem for every day of STEEM-POCALYPSE will receive a 25 SBD prize. In the event that multiple people accomplish this, the three judges will go over their poems and decide upon one winner.

How to Enter Today:
Write a poem based on/or inspired by this game post by @papa-pepper:

**This post will stay open for a full 24 hours after it is posted, even if there is a new post created for the next day of STEEM Pocalypse as well. Just make sure to put the right poem on the right day. **
(3) Upvote and Resteem the contest posts you post your entries on.
(4) On this post, poems will only be accepted for Day 12 Round 2 of STEEM-POCALYPSE.
Once Day 13 Round 1 of STEEM-POCALYPSE has been posted, there will be a new post Pocalypse-Poetry post by one of us.

--You do not have to participate in STEEM-POCALYPSE to enter a poem into the competition.
-- You may join in the contest at any point, however, if you have missed previous days, you aren't eligible for the prize for writing a poem for each day. You will still qualify for the overall favorite poem prize and the daily favorite resteems.
--If we don't manage to post straight after @papa-pepper's STEEM-POCALYPSE due to being out, or asleep - rest assured there will be a post and get your poems for that day ready for us. THERE WILL BE A POST by @hopehuggs, @novaatebatman or @superbuckles.
--The very last poem must include the winner(s) of STEEM-POCALYPSE.

I may or may not launch another poetry contest. Unrelated to STEEM-POCALYPSE.
Would you be interested in a weekly contest?
Or would you want me to try to keep a daily contest going?
Most people do weekly because it's easier to keep up with. I'm down for whatever.
Well, I had an idea for a really hardcore poetry contest. We'll need sponsors. But the poetry community here on Steemit is pretty big, and we may just be able to pull it off...
I really like that these are daily. It can be easy to lose track of a weekly contest. Daily means I have to check your page every day.

Not really. I find myself already overwhelmed by what's on Steemit.
By "hardcore" I meant the length of time it would last.

No, I mean, I'm interested in the poetry contest, but I'm not on Discord (because of the overwhelming thing)!
Oh. Well, Discord is where you find a huge chunk of Steemit hanging out.
I really only use Steemit.Chat for @steemcleaners. It's not stable enough for me to use it for anything else. (No, I'm not using Firefox. Yes, I've tried troubleshooting it. No, I'm not looking to fix it at this point. I don't like it anyways.)
I'm not ready to talk about the hardcore poetry challenge publicly on Steemit yet. So I dunno how to chat with you about it. :S
