I'm not sure either. In the picture on the right, the bird's feathers are spread out, but I imagine it with its feathers closed, so I don't think the proportions quite match those in the picture on the left.
As noted, here, I agree. I'm basing my opinion on the apparent different sized gaps between the patagial marks and the comma.
