TBH, I was stretching to come up with 10, but I wanted to have a list that had a chance at triggering discussion. Plus, if we look at the old netiquette discussions from Usenet in the '90s, I'll bet we'll find lists that are much bigger than 10. Here's one: RFC 1855😉.
Beyond the two that you named, I also think that #1 and #8 are also pretty important, though.
