Hello everyone, it feels great to be able to participate again in the course held by @suboohi, where this time we will explore Chinese cuisine according to the theme of this course.
Have you tried any Chinese food? Which Chinese food is available at your local places? |
---|
Previously I have tried some Chinese food that is sold in my area, among them I have eaten low mesin, dimsum, bakpoa, lumpia and cap cay, these are some Chinese foods that are sold in my area, the Chinese food menu that I mentioned above is a menu sold by local restaurants and I have tasted all the dishes above, although one day I hope to be able to taste it directly in its country of origin, hehe
Make the given recipe or any recipe that you like from Chinese cuisine step by step in detail with pictures. Include your name tag with date in final presentationof recipe |

Here I will make a Chinese recipe, namely low mein, as we know that low mein is a Chinese food that is very popular because of its delicious taste, so low mein has its own appeal.
2 sheets of white cabbage
1/4 carrot
150 grams of wheat flour noodles
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- The first step is to marinate the chicken breast with lime and salt, then coat it with cornstarch until all surfaces are completely covered.
- then I added a little oil to the pan and started to saute the chicken that had been coated in flour. I fried it until the chicken was golden brown, then I set it aside for a while.

- After that I sauteed all the Chinese cabbage and carrots until they were slightly wilted, then I started to add the wheat flour noodles and started to add all the oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, chopped spring onions, then I stirred it on low heat until all the spices were evenly mixed and added the chicken that had been sauteed. After 8 minutes, turn off the heat, the low mein is ready.

What is your favorite family recipe from Chinese cuisine that you make with fusion of your local species? |
---|
This low mein is my and my family's favorite recipe. This low mein is almost similar to my local dish, namely Acehnese noodles. The shape is very similar, using meat and wheat flour noodles, only Acehnese noodles are richer in spices and herbs, so Acehnese noodles are richer in a slightly spicy taste, while I like this low mein, salty, savory, sweet, combined into one and producing an extraordinary dish.
Any difficulty that you faced during making recipe? |
---|
Honestly, during the process of making this low mein, I felt that there were no serious difficulties. I really enjoyed the process of cooking this low mein because low mein is a dish that is easy to prepare in my opinion, so for this low mein dish I did not experience any difficulties. Apart from that, I have also often made low mein recipes at home for my family.

I really liked your recipe. Your recipe looks amazing at first glance, that is, the presentation process was very good. Also, you have mentioned the recipes very nicely. It is very good. I have to believe that there is a lot of hard work behind every dish and a recipe that you have created is made with a combination of many ingredients.
