Wonderful post. As a teacher, spending about 10 hours a day teaching, including school, academy, and home tuition, is really a lot of hard work and patience. Among your strategies for managing this busy routine, I liked two things the most: first, writing down the next day's work plan in a notebook the evening before, which saves unnecessary time. And second, the real experience of consciously reducing screen time after realizing the mistake of your excessive mobile use and returning to the routine, which is a great lesson for all of us in the present time. Also, looking at the pictures of teaching using board images, it is clear how much care you take in each class. I have not participated in this contest yet, but I will inshaAllah.
