Goodbye to Our Amazing Colleague

In the evolving world of food safety and quality assurance, it is a choice to not only keep your jobs but also to leave power to people from the original community. One such person was Sir Hafiz Altaf, who recently resign from his position as assistant manager of quality assurance at K&Ns.

He is known for his sharp intelligence, determination skills and gentle demeanor, and was the root of the QA department. He served about 15 years with K&Ns QA. His attention with his work pay his roll with full attention and commitment to maintaining the highest standards made him an invaluable and priceless asset to the association in future. Whether it was a critical audit, or any external visit and training a staff member or a complex quality issue, he was always responsive with delicacy and grace.

But it was his humility and goodwill to support his brigade beyond his experience. He noway balanced to reach out or participate his knowledge with juniors or colleagues. His presence brought about a sense of stability and trust, and he gained the respect of his colleagues in all departments.

On his farewell day, we gathered to recognize his contributions and say goodbye to him. As can be seen in the photographs, he was given a bouquet of flowers and a farewell gift- a small sign of thankfulness for the fantastic work and the relationship he has raised with us in his time. The smiles and warm gestures changed that night reflected how deeply lacking it lived. His diversion leaves us with emptiness, but we're proud to have worked with someone in his quality. It's hard to say goodbye, but I am sure he'll continue to inspire and handler the same passion and integrity wherever he goes

I wish Sir Hafiz Altaf all success in the world for his future efforts. May his future journey be full of growth, opportunities, happiness and well-retained recognition. He could have resigned from that position, but he will always remain part of our K&Ns family.
