Remembering a long journey, when I was able to participate in a training that took place at the Arraniry State Islamic University Building in Banda Aceh. My fellow teachers from all over Aceh gathered there. Participating in activities as prospective instructors who will provide training in the regions. In this training event I became one of the best. And for that I was given the opportunity to perform at the closing ceremony as a class representative.

And we also did a photo session together which signaled that our togetherness had lasted a week and we would return to our respective regions. As an instructor who has passed a rigorous selection at the provincial level. A very pleasant thing of course. But behind it all lies a huge responsibility that we carry when we are in the regions.

The point is that behind the fun you get and get a trust to carry out a task that is not light. We have to live with it, especially since I am one of the best of the eighty participants who were announced at the closing ceremony which took place solemnly. It is a proud thing, but it is very risky if I am not able to carry out the task as well as possible.

In the end, we had to part ways with the burden of the task that awaited us. The task of guiding teachers who are in areas with different levels of knowledge. which is full of challenges when we socialize with them. Those who feel they are better than us, which is the biggest challenge when doing a task.
