Building A Strong Carpark With Stone Base
When building a carpark, stone base is one of the important thing or step that is always needed, because a carpark foundation layer always need a strong and stable work for a long life of the structure .
In this our country nigeria,we have a bad weather condition, like a heavy rain fall and soil issues which can weaken the construction of the carpark.
WHY DO A GOOD QUALITY STONE BASE MATTER
. "Because it has a large load distribution, it also carry a lot of load like a large and big vehicles.
."it stop water to soften the soil, the stone base let water drain away after compaction.
."without a stone base the carpark surface will break quickly.
WHY IS STONE BASE GOOD FOR CARPARK FOUNDATION
Do you know that foundation is one of the most important thing in any building, because it's carries the weight of any structure, so without stone base the carpark floor can sink, or be destroyed, so when making a large or big carpark for a valuable place, I advice u guys to use a stone base.
BEST ADVISE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STONE BASE .
Good laying: the thickness of the stone base should be at least 150-200mm thickness, because that is always recommended for heavy load and trafficking
Compacting:by using a compacting roller machine,it will help to compact it to the stable surface.
!!! So stone base is the backbone of the carpark,if u could invest in those step,when building or constructing a carpark,you will surely face no failure,like sinking down, when there is too much heavy load in the carpark.
Its also reduce too much maintenance cost,it's helps the carpark to be a long lasting place which is capable to with stand our environment needs or demands.
HOW THE FINISHING SURFACE WILL LOOK LIKE
