CONTEST! Choices! What will it be?
What is a smile
Smile is such a beautiful thing that comes mostly from the heart. Research has shown that facial expressions tend to give more truths than what we communicate with our voices. This being said it's part of nonverbal communication which either complements or contradicts verbal communication.
This being said people have different reasons for smiling which is best experienced by them. A person could smile to tell that they are pleased with someone, a thing or a job well done.
A smile is an expression on the face that shows that a person is happy or excited. It helps greatly in adding to one's health some measure of benefits. Again, research shows that children smile an average of 400 times in a day compared to an adult who smiles 40-50 times in a day; a typical adult smiling just 20 times in a day.
This shows how we smile both consciously and unconsciously or reacting to things we hear or see.
A simple smile can tell a few things about a person. For instance, a lerson can be aaid to be courteous when speaking and smiling, or listening to somone and smiling at intervals.
It is also very practical in how patient we are. A person could be waiting fir hours and smile at the arrival at the other party to indicate that though he/she was kept waiting, she'snot so mad about it. This can be rare, be very respectful and courteous.
On the other hand, a person who does not smile very often can be said to be a loner or stone-faced, stolid or serious. This person is likely not to have so many friends come around him because of how they might think if him.
