Should the tools not work on the joining date?
In other words, if the Steemian joins on the 5th of a month, his first month should be the 5th of the next month and not one month on the verification date.

As in the case of this user, it would mean that the transfer happened on the 6th; therefore, it will fall in the next month and will not be taken into consideration. (•ิ‿•ิ)
