Ice bath I wonder what kind of human will take such bath, I am just knowing this that ice bath can lower body temperature.
I love using ice when I am taking spirit because it goes down well.

    Imagine having an ice bath. Wouldn't the person freeze or feel chilly? How do they manage the chattering of their teeth because I can't even bear this myself.
